I am a well rounded student. I not only have above average grades, but I also participate in community service. Being part of the National Honors Society, I realize that it is the role of the young people of society to make a difference in local communities and make it a better place. I am currently a Senior Alter Server at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, and have been active since 4th grade. I play the trumpet in our high school band, and have done so since the 4th grade. I have played football, basketball and lacrosse since I was in elementary school.
I hope to continue having a positive role in society throughout college. I plan to work hard for good grades and develop a character molded with leadership and success. I also want to continue the path that my family has paved for me with my great Uncle being an All-American at Syracuse, my Uncle who played at Marist, and my older Brother playing at West Point and therefore enlisted in the Army. I am surrounded by an athletic family background and am hoping to pass along my hard work ethics and positive attitude to my 2 younger brothers.
In this past season, I had a huge impact on the football field by leading the team as a captain from the Quarterback and Safety positions. I was named All-League in Section 1 in New York and was nominated to the Exceptional Senior All-Star Game in which I played in as a Safety and had an interception. I truly believe with this past season that I had, there is enough to see that I am definitely capable of playing at the next level and will make an impact on the field whether I am on the offensive or defensive side of the ball.
