My collegiate goal is to attend a university where I can continue to excel as a football player and where my academic success will continue on a level that I am accustomed too. I have been playing the sport of football since I was 8 years old. I have had great success in the positions of RunningBack and LineBacker. On offense, my teams usually put me in at the 3rd or 4th down to rush through the line and get another first down. I have also been able to go all the way for the touchdown. On defense, this year I had over 89 tackles making the Catholic high School , Second Line of Defense Team as a Sophomore. Our local News Team ( News 12) has aired highlights featuring me on television. Most importantly, I am dedicated to the sport. I practice even during the off season. I am a team player, and believe that all players must do their part in order for the team to be successful. I work hard to be the best and realize that success doesn't come without putting in the work.I work well and respect my my teammates, coaches, and authority. My ultimate goal is to one day attend the NFL combine and proceed to the Draft. Being signed to a professional football team is my true desire.
Academically, I am a solid student. I have been a Honor Roll student since first grade. I have been the recipient of many scholastic awards. I have just completed my sophomore year in school with over a 90% average. I was also inducted into the National Honor Society, the highest academic level that can be reached in school. My parents has always instilled in me that my education was very important to secure my future. Therefore, I always try my very best and take every opportunity to be successful.
The greatest thing about my character is that I am an honest person. I believe that a person's word speaks about their worth. I always want to be known as that person worth knowing.
In conclusion, I know that I can be an asset to any university or college that decides to choose me.
