Damani Soares '16 Recruiting Profile

I'm Damani Soares the starting running back for Troy high school. I'm not only  about scoring touchdowns or trying to lead my Section II Class A Division in rushing yards, I'm all about challenging myself and pushing my teammates to being consistent at competing at the highest level that's required of us as student athlete's to become winners on and off the field, because nobody likes losing right?! I'm that one player that will sacrifice and do anything for my team in order for us to win. I'll play the line to block or take snaps if necessary, it doesn't  matter to me. Whatever is required of me to become successful, I'm always up for the challenge. My drive and unwillingness to accept defeat is what everybody knows about me. Off the field I'm a great and nice mature young man to be around, I show and have the utmost respect to all I come into contact with. I was raised by great parents that installed a gentlemen's mentality within me. I tend to have a knack to make people laugh, but in a classroom environment, I'm focused on my work and all about business to get my Advanced Regents Diploma and go to college.
