My name is Robert Bukovec, I am a 5'11" 150lb football kicker. I had started playing soccer freshmen year when, on picture day, the freshmen football coach came up to me and asked if I would like to try kicking for the team. I decided I would try it out and it has become one of the best decisions of my life. I had played Freshman and JV for the first two years of my high school career. At the end of my sophomore year, the older, senior kicker obtained an injury so I started for the varsity team. Ever since that night I have been Chardon High Schools varsity kicker.
I am a very motivated student athlete. I would like to double major in college; Statistics and either business or engineering. My practice long field goal has been fifty two yards. My game long has been thirty five yards. I have kicked the ball into the end zone many times in practice. However this is surely not my best, and I am looking forward to getting much better in the near future. I also pole vault in the spring, winning our PAC championship with a vault of 13'6" and receiving eighth place at our regional championships. This just shows that I am willing to put hard work in everything I do so I can become as great as possible. I would say I have a strong work ethic, I am very intuitive, and I love to win. My dream is to be able to kick in college and I know I will be a great addition to not only the schools' football program but to the school as a whole.
