I currently play RT for the Fremont Ross Little Giants in Ohio, and will graduate from high school in the spring of 2015. I have a strong desire to continue competing in football at the college level!
I am a young junior in High School, having just turned 16 at the beginning of the school year! I started school at 4 years old, so my body isn’t as muscularly developed as most of the other kids in my class that play on the football team. I started my sophomore year at 205lbs, and worked hard in the off-season to where I started my junior year at 240lbs! I have been continuing to work hard this off-season, and I am now up to 265lbs, and my goal is to be at 6'4" and 290lbs or above when I start my senior year, even though I will have just turned 17! Starting college before I even turn 18 makes me an excellent red-shirt candidate!
To be a better citizen, I currently am involved in service in my community. Through Grace Community Church, which I have attended as a member my entire life, I am a part of our youth ministries, and we perform outreach missions every year where we travel to other parts of the country to perform community services.
In an effort to be a leader on my team, I strive to work harder on the field and in the weight room than any other teammate! I always try to encourage all my teammates to perform at the highest level. While I am an underclassman, I try to rally my team to stay focused and motivated during practice as well as in games, and in the weight room in the off-season. During our church missions, I practice my leadership skills by trying to keep the group focused at the task at hand, while still having fun and enjoying the fellowship.
As a student-athlete, I maintain a healthy balance of academics and athletics. I eat right, stay away from soda and sugary drinks, and eat lots of protein to try to build muscle.
