Personal Statement

My name is David Albert III, a Senior at Madison High School. I’m in the top 10 in my class with a 4.3 GPA and am an accomplished, multi-sport athlete who has earned Varsity letters in Basketball, Tennis, Soccer and Football (simultaneously). My year-round training conditions me for my true passion – Kicking.
During the 2013 season, my field goal with just 2:11 minutes left sent Madison into the Elite 8 playoffs, the farthest MHS has ever made it! Despite its extreme importance, I told myself it was “just another kick.” I’m known for and relied upon to excel under this kind of pressure on my award-winning teams.
I want to use my kicking passion and abilities at the college level so I can continue being part of a winning football team and to help fund my college degree.
