As of my sophomore year in football as a place kicker, I have achieved third team division VI All Ohio, division VI first team all district, first team all conference, and earned my second varsity letter. My freshman year I achieved my first varsity letter and I completed 49 out of 54 PAT's. My sophomore year I was 50 out of 56 PAT's and was 1 for 2 for field goals, from 31 yards, and broke the schools all time farthest field goal record. My 2014 stats (10 games) junior year season is 31 for 34 in PAT's and 2 for 2 in field goals, both averaging 25 yards. At an off-season 2014 Kohls kicking camp at John Carroll University, I won the field goal kicking competition with a 50 yarder.
I played two sports as a freshman and sophomore. I played basketball along with football. I have decided not to play my junior season of basketball to devote time to my kicking skill set. I want to focus on lifting hard in the off-season and strengthening my inner core. I also will be going to more kicking camps during the off-season. I am also a starting wide receiver for varsity. In our offensive system, we run a no huddle, fast pace offense sent in through hand signals on the sideline. We focus our plays around the read option.
I currently have around a 3.3 GPA and have been on the honor roll in the past. I have been told that I am a reliable and well liked person to be around. I have also been told that I am a very coachable player and take my coaching into play. My strong family base and church values lead me to make the right choices and decisions. My decision of where I would like to go to college would be based on whether there is a competitive atmosphere, a strong chance to play right away, and has a winning tradition. My goals would be to break the records set previously at that school, and set a high standard for the next recruit coming in.
