We have been told by many coaches that looks our son that he has great foot work for a guy of his size. He ran a 5.2 - 40 at The University Of Toledo in the summer of 2013 with NO track training on how to get out of the blocks and the leg presses 1500 plus pounds. I have talked with the track coach and they believe with training Rock can run a 4.9 - 40 with just some small training on how to get out of the blocks. Rock has been a two way starter for Toledo Central Catholic for the last 2 seasons as a RG & DT with not many breaks, and is on the field 85% of the time. His Coaches will tell you that he is in Great shape for a 300 pounds, and will line Rocky up against anyone. He truly is blessed with GREAT feet and can really move and drive players into the ground. We have been working with Rock to improve his lateral movement speed to make him more of a force. His stats as a DT for 2014 are 55 tackles 15 TFL 6 sacks, Selected 1st ALL Ohio on Defense Tackle. Also he is a Co-Caption of the Toledo Central Catholic Irish and now The 2014 Divsion III Ohio State Champion
