Personal Statement
For my entire life I have played for a winning team, however, in my first varsity season we struggled to win at all. I learned more in that season than I had ever learned in a winning season. I learned how to inspire my teammates and pick them up when they're down. I supplemented my character, developing leadership, confidence, work-ethic, and motivation to fight for success. My goal in life is to be successful, no matter how hard I have to work to accomplish it.
I want a program to offer me the best chance for success, not only on the field, but also in the classroom. I know I have what it takes to succeed as a student-athlete. Through volunteering I have learned the importance of dedication, teamwork, and selflessness. Using what I have learned, I can thrive as a student-athlete. I know I can make a direct impact on your team. I will be a leader and drive them to success!
