Personal Statement
I am a 6’1 225lb motivated athlete, with a 78” wing span who is eager to further my education & talents at the collegiate level. Being of Polynesian decent I was raised with the value of teamwork, leadership, discipline, family & respect. Those key components are the foundation of my life on and off the field of play. I recently attended the Best Coast Showcase in Hillsboro, Oregon, where I was the first ever freshman to be selected to the top 5 D-Lineman to compete in King of the Ring against seniors. I am dedicated to my personal growth, my team, my family and this game I love so much.
As a consistent Honor Roll student & recent National Honor Society Inductee with a 4.0 GPA, I’m determined to continue my higher level of education to succeed in life during and after college. I understand the meaning of teamwork, integrity and the dedication it takes to succeed. I also know I posses the willingness, drive and determination to see it through for myself, my family and my teammates at a high level. I understand the difficulty of receiving a scholarship to a D1 school. But I set my goals at the highest level as I know I will succeed on and off the field. I will be an asset to any team willing to give me the opportunity to compete and know I will represent your University with professionalism and the respect it deserves. Thank you
