michael olenginski '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mike Olenginski, three year varsity letterman at Dallas High School. As a running back, I am known for my vision and ability to find holes. I also have the quickness and power needed to explode through the hole and gain more yards after contact.  I am a fierce competitor who hates to lose, but does not lose sight of the true spirit of competition.  If someone is able to beat me on the field, I recognize them for that, but will make sure that will never happen again.  I consider myself a leader by example, never getting too high with success, but never getting too low with failure.  My work ethic is one of my biggest attributes-- I will put all I have into every practice and game no matter if my team is 0-9 or 9-0. or if I am the focus or not, for the upcoming matchup.  Playing football is presently my greatest passion, but I also realize that obtaining a good education with prospects for a successful and stable career are more important.  That is why I need to be accepted into a school that offers me everything I desire.  I can guarantee you that if I am accepted into your program, you will not be disappointed.
