Personal Statement
Hello, I am Dustin Koedel and I am 6' tall weighing in around 195 lbs. Last time measured, I ran a 4.53 40 yard dash in the beginning of my freshman year at college. I am looking for colleges that will accept me as a member of their football team and family where I can major in Athletic Management/Business. I am a goal oriented person and understand it takes hard work and dedication to succeed and accomplish set goals. Being a student-athlete taught me discipline, time management, and built my personality. Having to constantly divide my time carefully between academics, athletics and extracurricular activities, I have learned that staying organized is crucial to being able to manage my time well and accomplish everything that I need and want to do in life. Being a student-athlete has defined my work ethics and my personality. It has taught me some of the most valued lessons in life. Athletics have supplied me with the qualities needed for success in my academics, career and even in building my character. Athletics have taught me how to transfer what I do in the classroom and on the field to my everyday life by communicating effectively and displaying my leadership abilities with a winning attitude.
