My goal for college is to attend a school that provides a degree in my area of interest in sports medicine and/or physician assistant and that would also provide the opportunity to continue playing football at the collegiate level. I am looking for a school that will challenge me as a student athlete as I believe these experiences will better prepare me for life after college. I believe that I will be a successful student athlete in college because as a football player I would describe myself as an athlete that believes that your performance is based on the amount of effort and heart you show throughout the game. I believe that if I can give more than 100% on every play I will dominate my opponent every time I face him. As a student I would describe myself as a very hardworking student. I believe that part of being a great athlete is also being a great student who works just as hard in the classroom as he does on the field. I believe my work ethic, personal discipline, and maturity would make me a valuable member of a team. I enjoy being a member of the team and believe that the true strength of any good team is collective and greater than the sum of each individual. The same character traits I possess that will make me a valuable teammate at the collegiate level are also what I believe set me apart from most other recruits. There may be recruits that are bigger, faster, or stronger; but they will not out work me. My heart and work ethic are what will set me apart from other recruits in the classroom, on the field, and in the community.
