Personal Statement

Hello, I'm Darian Bryant; I feel that I am a good candidate for your program, because I am a hard worker. I know if I need help with anything academically I will look for help through tutors or teachers. I also think that I am a person that will work hard in the weight room. When I first played high school football as a freshman, I couldn't bench press or do a push up ,but through the years of determination I am lifting 295lbs on the bench press. My teachers and Coaches think I am a good kid, I stay out of trouble especially anything illegal. My focus is on the my academic and fulfilling my dreams of playing college football. I offend think about wearing that college jersey and helmet running through  the tunnel into a huge stadium full of cheering fans and being apart of some of the great college football traditions and so much more. I know football isn't a full time job and less than 1% make it to the pro or get a scholarship to college, so I want to major in Kinesiology/ athletic training. The reason for this is, I was always interested in nursing because of my father and learning about the human body interested me and I love sports especially football so I decided to combine these two loves and pursue the field of Kinesiology/ athletic training.
