Personal Statement
I am Gage Anzulavich, a member of Warrior Run High School’s Class of 2018. I am the quarterback for Warrior Run’s Varsity football team. I earned the starting quarterback position my sophomore year. During my sophomore season, I passed for 1181 yards and had 6 passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown. Each week during the season, I was listed as one of the area’s top passing leaders as determined by the local press media. I received the Most Valuable Offensive Player Award for my sophomore season. I was also named Player of the Game by a local cable service for a televised rivalry game. I am a three sport athlete (football, basketball, and baseball), earning starting positions in each sport during my sophomore year. As a Team Captain my Junior Year, I passed for 1405 yards and threw 6 passing touchdowns while rushing for 2 touchdowns. For the second year in a row, I was named Player of the Game for a locally televised rivalry game. At the end of the season, I earned 1st-Team PHAC QB. Also, I played defense for my Junior Season and had 4 interceptions including a pick-six. I earned Defensive Player of the Year and was elected as a 1st-Team PHAC DB.
Academics is very important to me as I currently maintain a high school GPA of 4.0. I take all AP and honors classes. My main career interest is an to become an attorney. I volunteer for my school’s bitty basketball program, frequently help with the local Little League teams, and participate in Adopt a Highway.
I am looking forward to attending a university with a rigorous academic program and a competitive football program. I will LEAVE NO DOUBT and COMPETE TO BE THE BEST on the football field and in the classroom.
