My first time playing football was on a Nintendo Gamecube. Me and my twin brother used to randomly pick teams and just play, we instantly fell in love with the game. Then we got a little older so we stated watching the NFL on TV. We both knew this was our sport. I've been to football camps as a kid but I never actually been on a football team until high school. High school football has taught me a lot, especially that I'm a leader and that having a good work ethic can easily beat talent. I think that no matter how good a player is, there is always room for improvement. I went from a scrawny Sophomore that barely got any JV PT to a 180 lb Starting corner by my Junior season all because I had a great work ethic that never let me give up on my dreams. I have always been good at getting over obstacles. I think it's my positive "keep workin'" attitude that helps me get what I want. I've learned that football is a lot like life; when you get knocked down you just have to get back up and fight.
Academically I never really aimed to be an honor roll student. I just tried to keep me head in my own business and keep focus on school and football, and that I did. I'm a Senior who'll be graduating high school in 2018. I'm really looking forward to going to college to play football and to earn a degree that will get me a good career. As I said before my work ethic is like no other. I'm not lazy, so if I have to stay up till 4 a.m. to complete a paper, you better bet I'll do just that.
With those points made, I think I'd be a great fit at any college and football program.
