My goals and aspirations for college are as follows. First, to earn my degree in the specific major I desire. Secondly, receive an athletic scholarship for football to a highly prestigious college, while also putting in the hard work and dedication to become a starter as a true freshman. Lastly, I would like to be known as a quality person on campus, in the community, and on the field . I aspire to be someone who is immensely respectful, very easily approachable, and just a pleasant person to be around.
Traits that make me a candidate for your team include my athleticism and durability coupled with my passion for the game. In my nine years of taking part in football I have played seven positions (defensive end, linebacker, wide receiver, tight end, fullback, nose guard, and guard) and have never missed a game.
I love the game of football and my excitement is evident on the field. But football has not only been a fun sport to participate in. Football has also taught me a great deal about life. I've learned perseverance, how to handle adversity and the value of hard work. I look forward to improving my skills both on and off the field.
Thank you for your consideration.
