Personal Statement
My goal in life was always to succeed, not at a standard level. I've always pushed myself to do bigger and better things so I can reach my goals in life and make my parents proud of me. Like every teenager I have my bad days, but those days motivate me to do even better the next day. My whole life I've never had the "best" influencing people around me, which in a way makes me who I am today. Having the courage and strength to surpass all the complicated obstacles in my life have helped me a lot. My dream is to have my family members, friends, teachers etc. To look me in my eyes and say, "Jake you made it."
