Cameron Matthews '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Cameron Matthews. I am a senior at Lexington High School. Lexington, a 4A school, is one of the largest schools in SC.  I am 5'10 and weigh 185 pounds.  I have played football since I was 8 years old. This is my third year being on the varsity football team and my second year starting as LB.  I have experience playing all the linebacker positions and a blocking back on certain situations.  My goal is to play college football and will play any position that the coaches feel I can help the team.  I am a very hard worker on and off the field.  I also work hard in the off season to get stronger and faster.  Football has became a part of me and I love the game.

 I also play baseball for Lexington.  We are the 2013 4A State Champions for baseball.  I would like to continue playing football at the college level, and pursue my education .  I am leader on and off the field.  I have good work habits and try my best at all that I do.
