Michael (Buddy) Anderson '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches, as a high school student I am very involved and consider myself to be a leader in the class room and any other setting.  However, an important aspect of my kicking is my touchback percentage of 2014 which is %87, that is something I would like you to know immediately.  Another fact about myself is that I am ranked 13th Nationally by the Ray Guy kicking program, ProKicker.com.  My academic prowess is something I pride myself on as well because, like on the field, I work very hard to get results which please me.  This, I believe, is something that makes a good fit for just about any college; the will to strive for excellence and not stop until the goal has been met.  My goal as a student athlete is to bring my characteristics of a high school student athlete and apply them directly to the college setting.  By working hard in the class room and keeping my grades high, and performing to my full ability on the field.  Kicking in college is something that I have always wanted to do.  However, I have also always had a fascination with science and would like to graduate with a degree in biological sciences.  Something that many other recruits may not possess is a high GPA.  With a 4.92 weighted GPA and the experience of numerous college and AP courses, I am confident in my ability to maintain a high GPA while attending a university.  To recruit me is to recruit a kicker who will perform under pressure on the field while keeping up their grades.  Thank you for your interest.
