Bailey Malovic '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bailey Malovic. I am competive and passionate about the game of football. Being part of a team and playing my position the best I can, is highly important to me. I am 6'7 and wing span of almost 7feet. I am wiling to listen, to do and to be coached to use my size and become a outstanding college football player. Playing college football has been a dream of mine as far as I can remember. I also play church basketball. Basketball has helped me with my footwork and speed. 

At the end of my sophomore year I was diagnosed with ADHD. Things made sense then with me struggling in certain classes. Due to some of the side affects from medicine, I Have chosen to work through my ADHD on my own. I have a great support team in the classroom, the field and at home. Many of my teachers have told me to share my ADHD story with coaches and colleges because it shows I never give up. I can give out recommendations from teachers, coaches & my school councilor. There is nothing I want more than to earn a position on a college football team & earn a college degree. I may have trouble with some testing but I enjoy learning and having classroom discussions. I am very outgoing and love to help others. I stay out of trouble & surround myself with positive people. 

For the last 6 years, I have helped my mom reach out to homeless individuals downtown Columbia. My moms outreach is called, Operation Spread the Joy. We collect lots of items for the homeless then hand them out on Mothers Day & Christmas Eve morning. I enjoy talking & hanging out with the homeless. Many of the guys like to talk about sports. It's nice having sports to talk about as a common interest. 

I would appreciate the opportunity to talk to college coaches & let them meet me. I am more than what is written. I have the size, the determination and the work ethic to play college football.
