Personal Statement

I am a very focused student -athlete. I am an honor roll student. I am a member of the National Beta Club.  II look forward to playing as a senior. I look forward to leading my team by working even harder in the off season. My team had a successful year when I was a junior we fell short of our championship goal.  Our main goal is to be an even better team next year and play for a championship. .  I want to be able to learn from the varsity coaches so that I can be more valuable to my team.I believe in giving back to help others be successful. My dream is to be an Optometrist. My grandmother has glaucoma and I want to be able to do research to help with a cure.  My ultimate goal is to play in the National Football League.  I know to play in college and to get to the NFL will take a lot of hard work. I am ready to put in the work to get better every day. My goal is to attend college and get a good education. I currently have a 3.8 GPA.   I believe that with God all things are possible. My parents  and my brothers are a great support system for me. They always encourage me to give 100 percent in all that I do.  I was recently recognized by South Carolina High School Sports number 89 in the top 100 players in the Class of 2017 for South Carolina.   My team just completed our 7 on 7 season. As a senior, It was a very successful season. Our record for the summer was 56-3 and we won 4 championships.  Just recently we won the Powerade 7 on 7 in Charlotte, North Carolina. We went Undefeated. I am looking to get better everyday individually and as a team. I am looking for even better things once we put on the pads. The start of my senior season we are 3-2. I have been voted max preps offensive player and I have received  the most valuable receiver award twice so far this season.
