I am a versatile athlete, who is easy to coach. I listen to instruction, give 100% effort and enjoy listening to any feedback that will make me better. I will graduate from Sturgis Brown High School in 2022.
As a player, you will be getting a tough kicker, I am 5'10, 155lbs. The 2019 season was my first year playing football ever, I did very well for my school, making all of my extra points and 2 - 3 on field goals. My two greatest moments of this season came against Rapid City Central (video above) and the Spearfish Spartans. In Spearfish I made all of my kicks on the Black Hills State University field (collegiate uprights). I pride myself on loyalty and leadership, and want to find a college home where I can continue to build on those values. My educational goals are equally important to me, I want to achieve my degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Cyber Security/Management Information Systems.
Update - At the end of the 2020 season I became the full time Varsity starter. In the 2021 season, to date, I have been perfect with PAT's (15 - 15) and 5 -6 with FG's, with a long of 40 YD's. The biggest part of my game that I wanted to improve coming into the season was my punting, I have really done a great job, hitting many punts over 50 yds this season. With my kickoff's I have been asked to kick directionally by my coach, our system doesn't call for kicking it long, so I have a lot of directional kicking experience.
Update - 2021 season #2 - My team has earned the Black Hills Conference Championship for 2021. For my performance in my game on 10/22/21 I was name the KBHB Player of the Week. At our local awards banquet I was awarded Special Teams Player of the Year and Academic All - State. This week, the Rapid City Journal awarded me best Kicker/Punter in Western South Dakota.
