Going to college has been a dream of mine since I started playing peewee football when I was 7. Growing up in my household, school and work has always been preached. Now it is what I can't wait to do. I believe college will teach me not only to be independent but also how to succeed.
Some people are talented in music and others in art. My talent however is the competitive sport of Football. For as long as I can remember Football has been my greatest passion. Since the age of seven years old I played Football. I have learned about teamwork and how to communicate well with others. Football has taught me not only to be a Leader on the field but a Leader in Life.
Every game that I step out on that field, there is a bit of nerves that run through me. It excites me and gives me an extreme rush. I have these nerves until I get that first hit. That first contact. It puts a smile on my face. I feel that one of my qualities is being utilized where the Coach needs me. Week after week, the Coach prepares me and lines me up against one of the opponents toughest lineman. With me, I bring a lot to the table. I bring my Leadership, want to learn as much as I can, and work hard at all times attitude.
