Noah is an extremely Hard Worker. He is willing to go the extra mile in preparation, and bettering himself! He spends numerous hours outside of practice trying to improve at his craft. He is understanding that there is always something he can get better at and is willing to do what it takes to make those improvements, no matter how small they may be!
Noah is very Goal Oriented. He works tirelessly to achieve his personal goals as well as to help the team reach theirs! Everything he does is with those goals in mind!
Mentally Tough, an attribute that the best athletes have! Athletes are always put in difficult positions and need to be able to work their way through it. Noah has shown he has this trait. He started the year as one of our better players but due to the positions he played was not initially a starter. He was very frustrated, but never gave up on his goal of playing Friday nights. When he was given his opportunity he took that position and never gave it back. It tested him, as it was the first time he had not been penciled in as a starter, but it didn’t set him back! He has learned over the years to work through his “problems” without letting them affect his play!
As stated above Noah is always working to reach his and the team’s goals. He isn’t worried about his own stats over the team’s chance at winning. He is the true definition of a Team Player. He is constantly trying to improve so that his team reaps the benefits. His individual stats are important to him to help reach his goals, but he would never let the pursuit of those stats interfere with team’s success!
