Luis Gutierrez '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard working athlete and enjoys the challenge of being push to the limit.  I believe in hard work paying off and respect to self and others.  I believe that it takes sacrifice to excel at the next level and I am willing to accept any challenge that might arise to be successful.  An athlete is not only measured by how much talent they may have but also how much heart and work ethic they are willing to put in for the success of the team.  I also believe in moral values and team work which is extremely important.  I would like to become a successful Engineer after my football career is over and give back to the community and organizations that help me to get to where I am at.  Help young kids that have dreams of playing at the next level just like my prior coaches help me along the way.  Share with young kids all my experiences and teach them what it takes to accomplish your dreams.  I have set high goals for myself and it is not going to be easy to reach all my goals but I believe that anything is possible if one is willing to sacrifice.  I am willing to work as hard as I need to do to make sure that I accomplish all my goals and dreams.  Hard work and determination will always reward you at the end it just depends how much you are willing to work.
