Kaylon Dorty '17 Recruiting Profile

As a young boy football has always been apart of my life. I wasn't seriously involved with the sport until my Middle School year. I started off playing Defensive End and Tight End and progressed to a Free Safety and Corner back. I'm proud of myself and my improvements since then. What makes me a good candidate for any college is the simple fact of my commitment and i'm a leader on and off the field. When no ones watching you can expect great things either way it goes. I'm not easily influenced into trouble so there's always positivism around  me and coming from me. A couple of goals i have are to make it to a Division 1 college and make a name for myself. I would love to carry on to the NFL and start my own businesses and organization for kids. What makes me different from other recruits is I'm always willing to learn more and excel in my position. There's never enough learning in my eyes. I love to learn and get better. My grades are the most important thing to me because without grades nothing is really possible.
