My name is Noah Lewis and my ultimate goal is to play college football. I am a 15 year old, high school sophomore. I was selected by the coaches in my district (22-5A) as the "newcomer of the year". I was also selected as a "super gold" athlete for my position by the sports writers at the Beaumont Enterprise newspaper. The "super gold" selection is quite an achievement as this award is only given to four DB's in the entire Southeast Texas area. These four DB's are selected from the 2A thru 6A classifications. I was also picked by my coaches to be team captain for one game. Several seniors have told me it is very rare for a sophomore to be picked to be a team captain by our head coach who has been the HC/AD for over 20 years.
I have elected to participate in track this year to help me get faster. However, playing football is my passion and it is what I want to pursue in my college career along with an engineering degree.
