Elijah Moore '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football since I was six years old and ever since the first little league game I have been hooked on the sport. I grew to love the game and everything about it: the training, the team, the coaches, the pain, and the sacrifice, all that required for a successful season. To play at the collegiate level would be an opportunity I would love to have and I am up for the challenge.
 
If any coach or player from my team were asked to describe me, they would say, I am determined, I have strong work ethic and most importantly I am a great leader, vocally and by example. On and off the field, in the classroom and in the hallways I strive to be an example for others to follow.
 
As a student-athlete I study hard and maintain a high GPA.  I am involved in several clubs such as: Spanish Club, SADD Club, and TRI-M. In addition to that I am in my school’s concert choir and I am involved in many school musicals. This past summer I studied abroad for three weeks in Costa Rica for an in-depth experience of a Spanish speaking culture. I enjoy every activity I am apart of and will strive to continue to be a well-rounded student-athlete at the collegiate level.
 
With that being said I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom, the football field, in my faith, and as an active member of the community. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a role model to my peers and to make my parents proud.
