Gavin Geib '17 Recruiting Profile

-My goal is to play college football at the best academic university possible.

-My junior year I started at MLB and was the leader of our defense.  We had a good season finishing 9-2.

-Academically, I have all A's, a GPA of 4.9/4.0, and I am enrolled in Honors and AP courses.

-Despite having a great season, due to the needs of our team I will be moving to the quarterback position next season. I understand that changing positions your senior year is unusual; however I believe it demonstrates my athleticism, versatility, leadership ability, football intelligence and willing to put my team first.  Furthermore, my understanding of defenses, arm strength, and accuracy will allow me to excel at quarterback and continue to lead my team

-While I know there are perhaps others more talented on the field and in the classroom, I can assure you that no one will out work me, be more prepared, and approach the game with more passion. I believe my character has led to my success and will take me to the next level.
