Nico Bourgeois '09 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2009 Covenant Christian Academy graduate, where I was voted TAPPS Player of the Year.  Having red-shirted one semester at Harding University, I joined the United States Marine Corps as an Active Duty Infantryman.

I am a Corporal and have been deployed three times, to Afghanistan and other stations overseas as a SAW Gunner in the Infantry which demands top physical condition.

I played Running Back in Marine Corps Base Hawaii football league against other Base teams.

I want to play on a team where my maturity, discipline and leadership would be an asset to a winning organization.

I offer my skills, along with the added incentive of having GI benefits that cover my college expenses and thereby enable me to forego the need for a scholarship!
