I am a hard working athlete with a great attitude and if you give me a chance to prove myself you won't regret it. I have conquered many challenges and willing to do anything it takes to get better and win. I always put God first, then grades, and football, this is what I was born to do. I believe someday I will be a hero to many children.
I am also a survivor of Domestic Violence. In 2013 I missed the majority of my sophmore football season because I was shot 4 times by my stepfather, at close range. With a 30% chance of survival, I not only survived but I also fully recovered in time for Spring football. I had to learn to walk again and regain my weight and strength; it was through determination and a strong desire to return to the game that I love, football. I returned to my starting offensive and defensive positions at the start of the 2014 football season. Now I look forward to beginning the next chapter of my life, playing college football.
Not only do I enjoy a good challenge on the football field but I also enjoy a challenge in the classroom. I've taken several Pre-AP classes and am a member of the National Honor Society. I am a leader on and off the field, am a great team player, with respect for authority and protocol. I look forward to discussing opportunities on how I can be an asset to your team.
