I would like to attend a strong academic and athletic institution. I currently attend a Jesuit College Prep It is in Texas district 19 6A (we are one of only two private schools in Texas that plays in the public school league) This is considered the toughest district in the State with nationally ranked Katy High School (#1 Texas #7 US by ESPN) as well as regionally ranked Cinco Ranch (#7) and Seven Lakes (#18). So I play every Friday against Future D-1 players. As of season end 2014, as a Nose Tackle I led all District 19 6A D Linemen in Solo tackles with 39 plus 62 total tackles, despite being constantly doubled teamed . Max Preps has me ranked #2 among all 6A D Lineman in Texas for solo tackles.
As a sophomore I started the final two games of the season (I was behind two seniors most of the year) was named Defensive Player of the Game by Max Preps after Playing Cinco Ranch. I also deep snap on punts. Although we run a spread I am also the Fullback.
I was also the leading scorer on the Strake Jesuit Varsity Lacrosse team as a sophomore midfielder with 34 goals and we reached the State Super Regionals. Playing lacrosse helps me become more agile on the field since i have to dodge defenders, and this helps me to be quicker on the line.
I will receive my Eagle Scout this winter. I am highly motivated and disciplined. I would like to study business or economics.
I have one little brother and an older sister. I love to hunt and fish. My dad served as an Army officer and is a Lt Col in the Texas Guard, my mom stays at home and is very active in our church.
