My goals are to go to college and play college football. I am good at football and have the love for football since a young boy. By training hard and setting short term goals along with long term goals will help me achieve my vision of playing collegiate football and enable me to attend college. I understand college is expensive and know that it isn't given without hard work. My interests lie in the engineering field or kinesiology field.
I believe I can be a good candidate because I am a very well rounded person, dedicated and tries my hardest to be a leader and role model for people around me, especially my little brother. I am always willing to help anybody that is having trouble with classes, sports, and personal problems. On the field, in season and off season, I was a selected as a team leader, which responsibilities were to ensure my group was motivated in school, grades were passing and to encouraged my teammates to work out in the training room on offseason. I treat everyone with equal respect, whether its on the field, in class, or just in public places. I wake up early and get ready for practice everyday by motivation of my own, not relying on my mother to get me moving. Even on the days off, I still wake up at the same time and practice on my own, pushing myself to get better. As the same with my grades, I try my best to get help on every subject if I need it. Even if my grades are near perfect I participate in tutoring just to ensure I understand everything I need to.
I come from a single mother ran family, I see my mom work hard with her work, my siblings and still went on to finish college while maintaining her children and household. I know from watching her hard work pays off and that is exactly what I have been doing and will continue to do to achieve my goals in life. Training hard on and off the field and studying hard for my education, these are what is going to lay the foundation for my future.
