Ryan Becker '16 Recruiting Profile

I have loved football since I was very young. I stepped on the field in my first uniform as a 9 year old.  I have played team ball every since.  I have started on each team on both offense and defense and have played many positions.  The opportunity of playing many positions has given me a unique knowledge of the game.  My freshman year I primarily played receiver and linebacker.  After the season was complete my coach moved me to the Varisity workouts and informed me that I would be moving to Tackle.  I was 6'4 185 lbs and was unsure of his decision, but by game time of my Sophomore year I was starting Right Tackle.  I quickly earned the respect of my coaches and teammates after earning the most production points for the offensive line on multiple occasions.  There is no other feeling like stepping on the field on a Friday night!  I hope to continue that feeling by having the opportunity to step on the field at the collegiate level.  I know to accomplish this dream it will take hard work and dedication and I am willing to give 110% to accomplish this dream.  I think I will be a good candidate for a collegiate team for my leadership on and off of the field and the intensity that I carry into the game.  I think my hustle, heart and positive attitude will set me apart from other athletes.
