Personal Statement
This is one step closer to helping me achieve a lifelong dream to play in NFL. First step is to play on a college level, then on a professional level. Once I finish football, I want to become a Veterinarian. I know the work is not going to be easy but I'm prepared to do the work. I'm prepared to put in the work on the field and off the field. I'm very blessed to have this opportunity.
Off the field, my dream job it to become a Veterinarian. I love animals and I find them fascinating. I've always been concern with the well-being of animals. There was this time in the 9th grade, I had a biology project and we had to do research on different jobs and how it pertains to biology. I chose to research Veterinarian. I already had a love for animals and to me it just made sense. Once I done the research and found all the different area I could work in, from household animals to farm animals to race horses. The fascination just grew.
A college scholarship is very important to me and my family. My mom is a single parent and she tells me all the time that paying for college is going to be very expensive and that I must get good grades, work hard and play football/Track in order to get a scholarship. I know it's not going to be easy but with the support and encouragement I get from my mother I know I can do it! As well as setting my own goals. Getting through college and get a Master's degree. My family will be proud. I'm a focused individual with great work ethics, good grades and very discipline. I'm sure I would be a great asset to any school and their sports program.
