Mason Jones '16 Recruiting Profile

~~~~My goal and dream is to further my education while having the opportunity to continue to play football at the next level.  Realizing nothing in life comes easy, I constantly push myself to be better now, than I was the day before. Something that I live by is something my head coach always says, " ACT BIGGER", and, " DON'T COUNT THE DAYS, MAKE THE DAYS COUNT".  I strive to do the best I can every day, with the coaching and learning I receive; not only for myself,  but for my team as well.  Out on the field, we are brothers, getting the job done on the field; the same brothers next to me putting in the hard work at practice.  The way I play is a reflection of my coaches, my family, our school, and definitely the community that comes out to support our football family.  -- Mason Jones

Mason Jones is hard working, intense, and tireless and he has persevered through many adversities to participate as part of our football family. In all of his efforts here at Tomball High School he has worked harder and with more passion than most can muster. His desire to excel is matched with a stubborn will to complete tasks to the best of his ability and only accept that from himself. Mason is an excellent student. He realizes that his grades come first and he has high hopes and dreams for his future. He always answers with a timely, “Yes, Sir,” and is conscious of being on time and visible to work. Three things I would add to finish;
1. Determination? – Incredible. Mason has an intense desire to succeed, on many occasion, he has shown such through his actions when others would have just walked away.
2. Employable? – Without a doubt, Mason Jones is nothing if not hard-working. The effort he brings to his work is intangible on paper, but impossible to ignore live.
3. An Asset? – Mason is one of the most valuable assets to our football team. His effort is incredible; his passion for success is immense.
