Personal Statement

I am a 6' 178lb. WR/DB back from Tyler, Texas. I currently have seven Division I offers and I will graduate in the class of 2012. I've started at Grace Community High School for four years. I received the "Freshman of the Year Award" in our district and I was "All-District" my sophomore year. I was named to the All-State Team my junior year and first team All-State this season. I posted a 4.49/40 at the UCLA Elite Combine this past June 2011. I ran a 4.53/40, 3.99 pro shuttle and had a 34" vertical at the Old Coach Rivals.com combine in the spring 0f 2010. I posted similar stats at the ESPN/Under Armour combine in the early summer 2010. Tom Luginbill from ESPN.com has me rated as the #10 WR in Texas and I was just named the All East Tx Team (all classifications). I am hoping to attend a DIA school that has a good business program. I would like to play at a school where I could have an immediate impact, but if the right opportunity were to present itself I am willing to be patient. I am open to traveling out of state to be a part of a great program. I hope to play at the highest level possible and I am willing to work for it.
