Personal Statement

My name is Isaac Herrmann. I just finished my Senior season of football as the starting Running Back for Sky View High School in Smithfield, Utah.   I am 5’10’’ and 200 pounds.  This season I had the honor of being a 1st Team All State Running Back, 1st Team All Region Running Back, team captain, and a 1000 pound Club member.  I carried the ball 222 times for 1453 yards and scored 21 touchdowns (20 rushing, 1 receiving).  I had 8 straight 100 yards rushing games while averaging 121 yards per game. 

I credit my success to hard work in the off-season.  In the winter I wrestle for Sky View at the Varsity level (195 lb. weight class) and do weight training.  This season my peak was a 430 lb. squat, 285 lb. clean, and 295 lb. bench.    Due to this intensive training and conditioning in the off season, I have never had an injury on the field.  

 I have a 3.83 cumulative GPA and am a member of the National Honor Society.

I love football and it’s my dream to play at the college level.   I hope you enjoy my highlight video.
