Personal Statement
I am a 6'1", 275 pound defensive tackle and center from Honaker, VA. I am the starting defensive tackle/noseguard, and I also start at offensive center. I was first team defensive lineman and center on the Black Diamond District team, first team defensive lineman and center on the All-Region D team my senior year. I was second team defensive lineman on the AP All-Group A Football Team, and honorable mention on the Virginia High School Coaches Association's All-Group A state football team my junior year of high school. My cumulative GPA is 3.5. It is my dream to continue playing football at the collegiate level. I am constantly working on and off the field to improve myself as an athlete and a student. Ideally, I would like to be a part of a program where I can contribute to the team early. I am open to D1, D2, D3 and NAIA level schools, but I want a school with high academic standards. I do not have a geographic preference, as long as I get to play football while obtaining my college degree.
