Personal Statement
My collegiate goal is to attend a college that will support my education to the highest level in getting a degree in either Criminal Justice or Construction Trade Management while having the opportunity to continue playing football. I would make a great candidate for a team due to my strong work ethic, passion, ability to get things done on the field and my toughness. To be up front, I have dyslexia and school has never come easy, I have to work very hard in the classroom to get good grades but I am ensuring that I take the opportunity to get the extra help I need and studying to get the best grades possible. This challenge has taught me what hard work is and how to push myself and achieve my goals, to never go half way and to never give up. Last year I was awarded the Wolf Pack Award for raising my GPA over 1.0 in a trimester, I am committed to working hard and doing well in school.
I am currently enrolled and active in a trade school, Sno Isle Skill Center, that allows me to spend part of my day working at Construction Trade Management and the other part of my day at Jackson working on regular studies. My goal is to get a good college education and to play college ball because football is my outlet, it is my motivator and it is my passion. My family has always been behind me, supporting me and helping me to pursue my dream of playing college ball while getting a great education.
I hope to be part of a great college and college football team one day so I can contribute my unique skills.
