Slater Macko '19 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I began my football career it has been a way of life for me. During my eighth grade year I set a goal to make varsity football my freshman year in high school and nothing was going to stand in way. I now play for the Mount Si High school varsity football team in North Bend Washington. Also I achieved this goal as a Freshman by making it to weight room in the summer and even if I went somewhere I always asked my coach for a workout plan. It was easy for the coaches to see my athletic ability's after all the long summer hours in our weight room. Classes are very important to me and I am in the process of joining the National Honors society by helping with community service around my town. My goals for College Football are to become a Division One athlete at a University. Academically I want to become a Mechanical Engineer to help develop new pieces of technology for the Automotive industry.
