My name is Eric Johnson, and I am a 6'1", 300 pound all-around player from Elkhorn, WI. I am currently going to St. Cloud State University but I am looking transfer from here next year. I have been here for two years, I redshirted my first year here and was bothered with injury this last year. I am looking to go to a place where I have a chance to play and use up my three years of eligibility. I am also in Track and Field here at SCSU and I would be looking to do that as well if it is possible. My new video is from spring practice from last year and this year. When my number is 65 that film is from last year and when I am number 52 that film is from this year. I have played center and guard at SCSU, but I am not afraid to play defensive line as well. My transfer release is under the press part on my profile.
The one thing you should know about me is that I live and breathe football. Since I was 3 years old I have been very passionate about the sport. I have started on an All-tackle football team EVERY YEAR since I was 10 years old. My dream is to have a successful career in college football, and eventually play in the NFL. Being a team player is my number one goal on the field. Each season I challenge myself to bring an outstanding work ethic and determination to the team. I prove this by being the first one on the field and staying afterwards to put in extra work every week. Also, when I needed open heart surgery, I made sure to schedule the procedure for the off-season so I did not miss my sophomore year of football. I'm interested in colleges that offer both sports and academics at a high level. I have no problem balancing both, for I am in three sports now and also on the honor roll. I'm confident that I will be a great addition to any school.
