I had two different jerseys, #55 at home and #68 away, for 2013. I am a 16-year-old, and I just finished my junior season at Slinger High School in Wisconsin. I have started on varsity every game since I started high school. I am 6' 5 1/2" and weigh 310 pounds. As a freshman, I played primarily defensive line and earned defensive player of the week. As a sophomore I started varsity on the offensive line and on the defensive line. I earned First Team All Conference and All Area for Defensive Line. As a junior I earned First Team All Conference for Defensive Line and First Team All Conference for Offensive Line. I have incredible focus and work hard on the field. I am usually one of the first to get to practice and games and the last to leave the field. I attended many university football camps this summer and and an FBU camp, and I learned a lot. I was invited to Top Gun which can ultimately feed into the High School All American Game, but it was at the same time as my high school team 3-day camp. It was a difficult decision, but I chose planning the season with my team over my personal goal of playing in the All American Game. I have also been invited to and will go to a national football showcase in Florida from December 30- January 4, 2013. Being a part of a bonded team is very important to me. My goal is to play college football. I am open to just about any type of school and location. I work really well with a team that bonds as a team and works together toward a common goal. Supporting my teammates and performing my very best on every down make football a great experience. I do not have a firm decision on my desired majors at this point. I am interested in Athletic Training and Sports Management right now. I feel I can reach my full potential and be what I am meant to be on the football field. I want to play as hard as I can and leave it all on the field; that way I feel I will be using my talents well. I have been on the honor roll through all of high school so far. I earned A's and B's last year and have an overall GPA of 3.5. I work part time as a certified basketball referee, and I also volunteer as a youth football and basketball coach and at the youth football camps in my community to give back from what was given to me. This year I am also playing varsity basketball and track.
