Personal Statement

2027 WR GPA 3.3 (10 seasons of football, 9 seasons of tackle). Also play baseball (3 seasons, 1 travel), and basketball (4 seasons).

Working every day to be a dynamic wide receiver who strives for excellence both on and off the field. My strengths are agility, speed, and precise route running, to make a formidable force on offense. Complimenting my primary position on offense, I have also played several positions on defense. Bringing strength, strategy, and an unwavering commitment to the containment of the opposing team as a DE. As a safety, my goal was quick thinking, capable ball-hawking skills, and relentless dedication to keeping the opposition at bay.

Beyond athletics, I feel being an exemplary team player, demonstrating genuine care for my teammates, and fostering a positive team spirit are extremely important. I have received feedback from every coach I have played for regarding my ability to be flexible (in positions), being able to celebrate my teammates and be genuinely happy for their successes, and being committed to the entire team without being selfish about getting the ball on every play. This last season the coaching staff recognized me for leadership by choosing me as captain during my freshman year.

I also play baseball and basketball in the off-season to maintain speed, endurance, and strength. My GPA is currently an unweighted 3.3, and I intend to achieve and maintain at least a 3.5.

My personal email is [email protected]. I have a few videos on YouTube as well: https://youtube.com/@lynnmarino6306?si=zCGGlJcU6BNb54W6

  • The Prep Redzone Combine Series is a great opportunity for high school football prospects to get exposure in front of college coaches, Prep Redzone scouts, and other media outlets. Testing results will be recorded for colleges across the country to access following the event. With Prep Redzone scouts in attendance, dedicated to highlighting top performers, players will receive unparalleled coverage before, during, and after the event on PrepRedzone.com and social media. PrepRedzone.com is an approved scouting service in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. College football coaches from all divisions (Division 1 - NAIA) are permitted to subscribe. Run of show: After check-in, athletes will have a professional headshot taken for identification and will have their height/weight recorded. From there, the showcase is broken into three portions: testing, position-specific drills, and 1-on-1 competition. Testing will include the 40-yard dash (hand-timed), pro shuttle (hand-timed), L Drill (hand-timed), and broad jump.
  • Camp/Event
  • UW Stout Football Combine
  • 6/14/23 to 6/14/23
  • Description: This camp is more than your basic evaluation prospect camp. Our exposure camp is designed to educate and develop athletes in three main areas. Since most college and high schools use combine testing as a main form of evaluation, our camp will educate and clinic athletes on the proper techniques and tips to better their combine testing results. After instruction on each combine test, campers will have the opportunity to get certified testing results that they will be able to take with them. With the most veteran coaching staff in the WIAC, each camper will receive detailed instruction on fundamentals and skills to develop their offense and defensive position. This is a Helmet and Shoulder pad contact camp which will be used on some individual and competition drills. Safety is our number one concern. Contact will only be used to teach better techniques and fundamentals of the game. Lastly, we will educate campers about the recruitment process, how to put prospect information and film together to make recruit more marketable, how to communicate with college coaches, and each camper will leave with a recruiting manual with do’s & don’ts.
