Brayden Underwood '16 Recruiting Profile

Grit is a term that I have had to overcome since I was a Freshman in High School. I was the first Freshman in school history to rush for over 1,000 yards on Varsity. I have endured injuries many times but by hard work and dedication to the sport, I was able to overcome these obstacles. Not only accomplish short term goals but also long term goals as well. This has helped me mature and see what it takes to become successful even when you are knocked down. That is my attitude now because I am willing to do what it takes for me to graduate with a degree and play collegiate football.

I am looking for a program that I fit academically and athletically where I will make an impact the most not only on the field but to the teammates around me. Being competitive has always been apart of me and I can't wait to be given the opportunity on the field. Overcoming obstacles has made me gain respect for the game and those who play it. Im ready!
