Personal Statement
My name is Kameron Davis, I am currently a senior at Weir High in Weirton, West Virginia.
I am 5'9 180 pound running back, slot back and corner back. My fastest 40yard ran was a 4.50 (hand time), my vertical jump was a 34.1 and was completed at NIKE Sparq.
I'm a four year varsity starter. My junior year I rushed for 730 yards and 21 touchdowns, I had 1 punt return TD. During our playoff game I scored 4 touchdowns and scored a record touchdown of 97 yards from scrimmage and set the West Virginia state record. My senior year I rushed for 1,239 yards on 154 (8.0 yds pr carry avg) for 16 touchdowns and caught the ball for 246 and 3 touchdowns.
My goals for high school was to become the Varsity football captain, which I completed and to be a leading rusher in the Ohio Valley & breaking records.
I have made the First Team All Conference in Ohio Valley 2 years in a row and broke the school record which was set by Quincy Wilson back in 1995 who is a WVU football alumni & an ex-pro football player. I was selected as a finalist in the WTOV9, Belmont Savings Bank High School football awards for Player of the year.
After graduating high school my goal is to play at an elite level and continue to be an inspiration to all the younger kids.
But the biggest influence that drove me was my grandfather who played for the Dallas Cowboys as a Defensive Back. He taught me everything about the game of football and to always be humble and thankful for everything in your life and to always try my hardest each and every time.
