Personal Statement
My collegiate goals include earning a bachelor's degree and playing college football and running track. I have aspirations to attend a division 1 school. I was a Varsity Football starter for three years. In 2016, I was recognized in Wyoming 2A football for the longest reception in a game, 86 yards, and again in 2017 for an 80 yd reception. I was also selected 1st team "All Conference" for football my junior and senior years. I have run varsity track for two years and earned "All Conference" and "All State" as a sophomore and junior. I am a state champion in the 300 hurdles and earned this honor as a sophomore in high school. I believe that my hard work and achieved success in more than one sport makes me even more valuable.
What makes me different from other recruits is my drive and enthusiasm for success of not only myself but also those around me. I display these characteristics in all that I do. I want to be the greatest I can be. I want to make everybody around me better. I bring a great attitude and work hard both on and off the field. I know the importance of giving to others and providing community service. I truly enjoy helping others. I believe that working in the off-season is vital to my success. My coaches continually say that they wish they had more talented players with as much heart, drive, and dedication as I have. I do not wait for a coach to make me a better athlete; I work to push myself to be the best athlete I can be for my coach and team.
