I have always been a hard worker. I feel a sense of personal growth when I work hard. I wanted to work very hard at this specific process because I wanted to attend the best possible school for me. I knew NCSA could help me out with that. From the first email that was sent, I believe that ever second counted.
Thankfully, I was able to find the school of my dreams, and at the end of the day, I know it was worth all the hard work and stress. It was a bit stressful, because my mind would always wonder about which schools were looking. Plus, I had to keep up my school work on top of this. In the end, it was definitely worth it!
The best part of the recruiting process was meeting and talking to College coaches, because they make for possible career contacts when I am older. I plan on coaching Girl's AAA Ice Hockey in Arizona when I am done with school, and I think knowing these coaches will help me.
NCSA helped so much!! I don't think I could have done it without them. They really helped get my name and information out there to coaches, and that in return increased my chances of playing Collegiate Ice Hockey. They really put everything into place for me.
Before NCSA, I was kind of all over the place with the Recruiting process. When I started working with them, they helped me get seen by Coaches. I really needed that because I would of just sent coaches a video of me, and they probably would of set my tape aside as soon as they saw I was from Phoenix. NCSA was kind of like the program that said, “Yeah, she's from the Southwest, but she deserves a chance to play Collegiate Hockey."
Stick with NCSA. It really increases your chances at playing a collegiate sport. If I wouldn't have done NCSA, I wouldn't be playing collegiate hockey. Besides the Olympics for women, Collegiate Ice Hockey is the highest level, and I am so proud that I can say I play at that level. It is amazing!
