For almost 20 years, I was an NCAA Division I Volleyball coach and I witnessed drastic changes in the recruiting process which I believed put the families in a negative position. During my program's recruiting efforts, I would see families making poor decisions because they did not have the knowledge and assistance to work their way through the recruiting process. I started writing a blog called collegevolleyballcoach.com anonymously 7 years ago as a means to answer questions about college volleyball and recruiting for volleyball families and fans. When NCSA reached out to me about coming on board, I was very impressed with their comprehensive level of education and family-focused support. It became quickly apparent that I could help thousands of volleyball families make the best possible choice and manage the craziness of college volleyball and recruiting by joining NCSA.
